About

I build, operate, and defend large IP networks across global carriers and public-sector environments. I witnessed an early route hijack in 1992, which shaped my career-long focus on practical routing security, including RPKI/ROV and the operational outcomes championed by MANRS.

Focus Areas

  • Routing security (MANRS, RPKI/ROV, leak/hijack prevention)
  • Large-scale service-provider and government backbones
  • Interconnection hardening: transit, peering, route servers

Selected Engagements

  • Global carriers and IX, cloud/CDN integrations
  • U.S. DoD & national critical infrastructure programs
  • IETF/NANOG participation and operational best practices
